Meet Olga Forde
Recreation Manager at Living Water Retirement Residence
If there’s laughter in the room, a themed celebration underway, or a group gathered together sharing stories — chances are, Olga is nearby.
As Recreation Manager, Olga brings creativity, enthusiasm, and thoughtful planning to every day. With a background in activity coordination, she designs engaging programs and events that keep our residents active, connected, and inspired. From themed parties to daily group activities, she is always looking for new ways to bring energy and joy into the community.
For Olga, the most meaningful part of her role is building relationships. She takes time to learn each resident’s story, interests, and personality — because she believes connection is what transforms a residence into a true community.
Her approach is simple: create opportunities for people to come together, share moments, and make memories that matter.
Fun fact: Olga loves meeting new people. To her, every conversation is a chance to brighten someone’s day — and if you’ve met her, you know she means it.
