In-House Physician Care
Personalized medical care, right where you live.
Living Water residents have access to our in-house physician, Dr. Zahir Poonja, who brings more than 30 years of experience, including extensive expertise in geriatric and palliative care.
Dr. Poonja provides on-site medical assessments, ongoing health monitoring, medication reviews and follow-up care. He works closely with our nursing and care teams to respond to changes in a resident’s health, coordinate treatment and help ensure care continues to meet their individual needs.
Having a physician available within the Residence provides greater continuity of care, fewer trips to outside medical appointments and added peace of mind for residents and their families.
